For recent 5 years, we endeavor to develop the collets used on high-speed spindle. Now we have ability to supply the collets for spindle of 120,000 rpm. (accuracy 2μ safe elasticity over 100,000). As for the problems might happen on high- speed rotary processing: metal transform, gripping power decrease and dynamic balance, we also consider completely for customers during product design and testing. These factors that effect quality, efficiency and safety, finally solved after our many times study and test. We present the latest KMT, DC, UC, HEC, SD high quality series products to satisfy customers' high standard requirements to high-speed machine centers. This is to give custo mers more confidence and satisfaction. From now on, we expect ourselves to have advanced progress on quality, accuracy, safety and cost.
